What you are going through s...I am... so sorry : [<br /><br />What you are going through seems much worse than what happened to me and I imagine what could potentially happen to me again. <br /><br />I am glad you have your art, writing, and photography. I would guess that they help you deal with a lot of different kinds of mental stresses. Panic attacks are the worst. The very, very ...Dude. Panic attacks are the worst. The very, very worst. I got a nasty concussion/brain bleed almost 2 years ago and have had migraines and panic attacks ever since (none before then). I'm on a regular daily med to help control the panic, but when I get a bad one the only thing that seems to work is morphine (from an E.R. professional). Ugh. I would not wish them on anyone.
